From clinicians to strength coaches, personal trainers to serious athletes, this course will talk you through a step by step approach to implementing three key systems into your programming, training and management of your athletes: The 6-Phase Dynamic Warm Up Sequence, The Pain-Free Performance Training Model, and Neural Recharge and Regeneration Techniques. Since every single program depends on the proper screening, assessment and execution of it’s components, Dr. Rusin will be going through his 6-Foundational Movement Patterns (The Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Push, Pull and Carry) in depth exactly how he assesses, coaches and programs around these staple movements from a diagnostic and performance spectrum.

You will leave this course with the systems and tools to start to perfect your process as a coach or clinician, improving results and preventing injuries in the process.
