To know where we are going we have to know where we came from. In order for growth to occur we have to sustain multiple failures. Failure in real-time, while in the act of change, is not easy. It’s messy. Even more so, change is hard when dealing with people. That’s people within the physical therapy industry and people outside.

Coach Kelly Starrett received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California.
Before starting his own physical therapy practice at San Francisco CrossFit, one of the first 30 CrossFit affiliates, he practiced performance-based physical therapy at the world-renowned Stone Clinic.
