As a follow up to our post, VALUE BASED PAY: MAKING MORE MONEY FOR EVERYONE, I decided to start a three part blab on ultimately circulating back to what businesses and employees need to focus on going into 2016 and the 2nd half of the 2010s. Especially as 2020 approaches, the human resources pool will become > 70% millennials and generation x-ers. Job market problems such as excessive low balling salaries and the struggle of attracting and keeping top talent can be quickly fixed if companies transition out of what has been working into what works for the talent pool of tomorrow.
